Cause Of Sagging Breasts Girls, A woman’s breasts will be sagging with age.The older woman will usually have more sagging breasts than younger women and teenagers, but that does not mean adolescents can experience it. Teen breasts can sag. Sagging breasts are a natural part of aging, but teenagers can also suffer from sagging breasts. According MayoClinic, sagging breasts in adolescents can be caused due to smoking or beingoverweight.
Pregnancy is another cause of sagging breasts are natural. Teenagers who have become mothers may be prone to sagging breasts due to body changes during and after pregnancy. Impact sports like running or dancing can also lead to sagging breasts if teens do not wear a bra that sufficient support for the size of her breasts.
Breasts are supported by ligaments, which if the ligaments become stretched the normal position of the breast will decrease because the ligaments can not ‘hold’ the breast tissue as high as before. Symptoms such as breast sagging breasts and nipples hanging on a lower position than before, as well as many stretch marks along the side of the breast.
Many things can make women’s breasts sagging, among others, overweight, pregnancy, smoking and having large breasts but not supported with the use of the right bra. Breast sagging is usually caused because the breast becomes larger or heavier, or breast support (bra) is not appropriate. Breastfeeding can cause breast sagging due to an increase in the size, weight and use of the breast during this period.
To avoid sagging of the breast in teens, take precautions to avoid stretching of the ligaments of the breast. Adolescent non-smokers are less likely to experience breast sagging, because basically smoking can reduce the elasticity of theskin on the breast and elsewhere. Maintain a healthy weight, to give adequate support to the breast during everyday activities, and reduce high-impact exercise will also help prevent breast sagging in adolescents.
