Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

is a mental health condition that is triggered by the horrific events. Symptoms may include memory flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety, and uncontrollable thoughts about the traumatic event.
Many people who experience a traumatic event find it difficult to adjust for some time. As time goes by and self-care, traumatic reactions usually improves. But in some cases, symptoms may become worse or last for months or even years.Sometimes trauma can actually shake the living. In such a case, be careful, you may experience Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
